About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for SAP GROW programs.
- Create change management roadmaps aligned with project objectives, timelines, and business goals.
- Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Identify adoption risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful transformation outcomes.
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans across all levels of the organization.
- Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, managers, and end users.
- Facilitate leadership alignment and sponsorship activities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and support decision-making throughout the transformation journey.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Create key project communications, presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and executive updates.
- Design and oversee end-user training strategies and learning programs.
- Measure organizational readiness and monitor adoption progress.
- Support business process transitions aligned with SAP best practices and Fit-to-Standard approaches.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of Change Management experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- 3+ years of ERP transformation experience, preferably SAP-related.
- Proven experience in: Organizational Change Management (OCM)

- Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or Cloud transformation projects.
