About the role

  • Analyze business processes, systems, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
  • Prepare documentation including requirement specifications, process flows, reports, and presentations
  • Support solution design, implementation, and change management activities
  • Conduct data analysis, validation, and reporting to support decision-making
  • Assist in project planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality outcomes
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and status reviews
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practice adoption

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • 5 +years of experience in an Analyst or Consultant role (non-SAP environment)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear documentation and insights
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or equivalent tools)
  • Good understanding of business processes and project delivery methodologies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in team-based environments.
