About the role
- Analyze business processes, systems, and operational challenges to identify improvement opportunities
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Prepare documentation including requirement specifications, process flows, reports, and presentations
- Support solution design, implementation, and change management activities
- Conduct data analysis, validation, and reporting to support decision-making
- Assist in project planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and quality outcomes
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and status reviews
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practice adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 5 +years of experience in an Analyst or Consultant role (non-SAP environment)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear documentation and insights
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (or equivalent tools)
- Good understanding of business processes and project delivery methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in team-based environments.
