About the role
- Design, configure, and support Quality Management System (QMS) Complaint Handling solutions
- Develop and maintain solution architecture across the Veeva Vault Platform
- Support assigned development activities for Veeva Vault implementation
- Coordinate with Business analysts for business requirements
- Document specifications, user stories, and system design
- Develop custom solutions to enhance system capabilities and integrate with third-party applications.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in relevant field
- Experience with Configuration and Customization of Veeva Vault applications
- Experience with Veeva Vault Quality, particularly QMS experience
- Experience with developing custom solutions and integrations
- Familiar with SDLC and delivery of GxP Validated systems
- Veeva QMS certification is a big bonus.
