Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates must live in these locations, have valid work authorization, and be fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
Software engineering depth with a backend-first instinct
Comfortable owning complex platforms and products end-to-end without hand-holding
AI-native by default, designs systems with and for AI
Experience in a domain where precision matters: legal, compliance, healthcare, fintech.
Must have shipped production-grade systems previously
