About the role
- Support all phases of the Workday implementation including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Provide support for integrations, reporting, data conversion, and tenant build validation
- Prepare functional documentation, decision papers, and executive-ready presentations
- Support UAT, defect resolution, and post–go-live stabilization
- Define user support processes and provide best-practice guidance
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials
- Prior experience in large, complex Workday implementations
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a multi-year transformation program
- Workday Certification is a plus
