About the role
- As an Opener, you are the engine of the sales organization.
- You lead the way and make sure the process runs smoothly.
- You are the first point of contact and set the standard.
- With you, everyone knows where they stand.
- You proactively take the lead in initial contacts and bring structure to the process.
- Qualify prospects — by system, not by gut feeling.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Managers.
- Provide seamless and reliable support.
- Maintain the CRM — accurate and tidy. You ensure order.
Requirements
- You have at least a completed commercial vocational training.
- Ideally, prior experience in the insurance sector.
- Ideally, prior experience in sales.
- Very good German language skills.
