About the role

  • You will support our marketing strategies, research current social media trends, and craft posts for our social channels, as well as propose ideas for influencers on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • You will actively participate in our sales projects and play a key role in efficient lead generation.
  • Your varied responsibilities include scheduling appointments with prospective clients, maintaining our CRM databases, and preparing contracts.
  • You will assist in building and optimizing our internal sales processes and structures.
  • As we are constantly evolving, we welcome your feedback and ideas.

Requirements

  • You are studying business administration, economics, or a comparable field (we currently don’t have a psychologist on the team).
  • You are open and communicative and enjoy working in a team on exciting projects.
  • You are enthusiastic about sales and marketing and motivated to further develop your skills.
  • You are confident in using social networks.
  • You have a very good command of German.
  • Ideally, you can commit to three to six months with us.
