About the role
- As an Opener, you are the engine of the sales team.
- You take the lead and ensure the process runs smoothly.
- You are the first point of contact and set the standard.
- With you, everyone knows where they stand.
- You proactively take charge of the initial contact and bring structure to the process.
- Qualify prospects.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Managers.
- Maintain the CRM.
Requirements
- You have at least completed commercial/vocational training.
- Strong determination — you follow things through. Always.
- You are hands-on — hard work is a matter of pride for you.
- Honesty and loyalty — you stand by your word.
- You enjoy structure — you are a steady rock in turbulent situations.
- Ideally, previous sales experience — not required.
- You have very good German language skills.
