About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Development of Agentic Systems (PDLC AI 1.1): Orchestrate AI agents (Cursor, Gemini 1.5 Pro, n8n) for coding, integration, and automated validation of FinOps modules: Intelligent Reconciliation, Intelligent Collections, Financial Core, Bill Payments and Invoicing, ensuring Releases are delivered within defined timelines.
Financial API Integrations: Design and implement integrations with payment, banking, and core systems APIs following BIAN standards and microservices architectures, ensuring scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance in each market.
QA-as-Code and Automated Validation: Implement automated validation pipelines from day one of the sprint, ensuring test coverage, early regression detection, and production-quality assurance for every Release delivered.
FinOps Technical Architecture: Collaborate with the Squad Architect to design robust technical solutions in KashioOS, defining API contracts, financial data models and integration patterns that support expansion to 10 markets.
Monitoring and Observability: Implement technical observability dashboards in KashioOS, measuring latencies, error rates, API availability and reconciliation SLAs, ensuring the golden rule: “If it’s not in production and measured, it doesn’t exist.”
Continuous Improvement Cycle: Run technical spikes to validate feasibility of new AI integrations, propose performance optimizations in collections and reconciliation flows, and document reusable patterns for the Squad.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years as a Software Engineer, Backend Engineer or Full-Stack Developer in Fintech, Payments or B2B SaaS platforms.
AI-Ready Mindset: Hands-on experience orchestrating AI agents for development (Cursor, n8n, Gemini 1.5 Pro, Google Studio, Claude) as coding copilots and automation assistants in daily workflows.
Strong expertise in integrating financial REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices architectures and event-driven patterns (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar).
Delivery-driven with short-cycle execution and Release-oriented delivery: technical planning in sprints, technical debt management and meeting deadlines with full visibility in KashioOS.
Experience implementing QA-as-code: automated unit, integration and contract tests within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or equivalents). Knowledge of financial and security standards: BIAN, PCI-DSS, ISO 20022.
