Senior Lifecycle Product Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, execute, and optimize programs that accelerate product adoption, reinforce customer value, reduce churn, and drive multi-product expansion.
- Operationalize lifecycle stages, activate customer signals, and deliver programs that influence near-term revenue and long-term customer loyalty.
- Define and operationalize lifecycle stages with clear entry/exit criteria.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver measurable marketing-sourced expansion pipeline.
- Develop standardized, repeatable customer-facing assets to strengthen renewal conversations.
- Define lifecycle KPIs including activation, adoption milestones, expansion conversion, renewal health, and NRR drivers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in lifecycle, retention, customer, or product marketing (preferably SaaS).
- Experience driving adoption, retention, or expansion through data-driven programs.
- Ability to translate product and usage data into lifecycle insights and interventions.
