About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage a pipeline of compelling customer success stories
- Grow and nurture a customer advocacy community across all levels
- Showcase customer stories across diverse channels
- Support and expand Kaseya’s executive sponsor program
- Plan and organize customer participation in events
- Enhance and manage the customer reference program
- Grow Kaseya’s presence on customer review platforms
- Own and scale Kaseya’s customer referral program
- Plan and execute creative customer recognition programs
- Work with cross-functional teams to align advocacy activities with company goals
- Monitor metrics and optimize advocacy programs based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, or related roles
- Proven success in building and scaling customer advocacy programs
- B2B marketing experience; familiarity with SaaS and technology companies preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% when needed.
