Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, or related roles
  • Proven success in building and scaling customer advocacy programs
  • B2B marketing experience; familiarity with SaaS and technology companies preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (Salesforce)
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% when needed.
