About the role

  • Define and execute Kaseya’s unified Data, API and AI strategy.
  • Build a centralized customer data and telemetry platform
  • Enable cross-product insights and intelligent automation
  • Embed AI and ML into core workflows
  • Power personalization and predictive capabilities at scale
  • Turn data into competitive differentiation
  • Architect and scale distributed data systems that support high availability, fault tolerance, security and cost efficiency across cloud-native environments.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Sales and Marketing to ensure the platform becomes a true force multiplier for the business.

Requirements

  • 15 plus years of experience building distributed data systems, APIs and AI platforms
  • Director-level leadership experience building and scaling global engineering teams
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Strong background in data engineering, telemetry pipelines and applied AI
  • Experience scaling platforms in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into technical execution
  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership presence
