About the role

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Personally lead and close complex sales cycles with government agencies (law enforcement, intelligence, military) and Fortune 500 corporate security departments.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team encompassing sales, professional services, customer support, and account management.
  • Establish and grow the practice in Dubai.
  • Own the profit and loss for the region, managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring the financial health and growth of the operation.
  • Collaborate with the global leadership team to refine and execute the go-to-market strategy for the region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders within client and partner organizations.
  • Travel requirements: Up to 50% travel, mostly within the Middle East and Gulf Coast country region

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex software solutions to government and/or large corporate clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, with a history of building and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Verifiable experience in scaling a business or practice, including developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing partner relationships with large system integrators, VARs, and third party buyers.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • A strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
