• Management of billing according to SGB V and SGB XI for the inpatient residential care unit
• Verification, processing and billing of occupancy and short-/long-term care services with payers
• Transmission of data to payers and verification of entitlements to services and payments
• Follow-up on outstanding items, including dunning procedures
• Responsibility for cash management (including postings)
• Point of contact for our residents and their relatives as well as for internal departments
• General office duties (internal mail, ordering office supplies, etc.)
