About the role
- Competent basic and treatment nursing
- Individual care and support of our residents
- Collaboration with general practitioners, therapists and relatives
- Implementation of the company's concept(s) for working with people with dementia
- Collegial consultation and support of staff in specialised care
- Conducting internal training sessions on related topics
- Participation in quality circles and working groups
- Conducting life-history (biography) work in cooperation with the primary nurse
- Contributing to the design of the facility's environment (concept development)
Requirements
- Recognised qualification as a licensed/registered nurse with completed further training as a gerontopsychiatric care and support specialist according to AVPfleWoqG, ideally with relevant professional experience
- Willingness to work shifts
- Commitment and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills
