About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the Commercial Excellence agenda across Karo’s International Trade Business, building scalable ways of working across markets, brands and distributor partners.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director ITB, supporting business priorities, performance reviews, commercial governance and key transformation initiatives.
  • Turn strategy into action by creating clear workstreams, milestones, ownership and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional commercial projects from analysis and recommendation through to implementation.
  • Strengthen business performance management through KPIs, dashboards and actionable insights across sell-in, sell-out, forecasting, pricing, profitability, inventory and distributor performance.
  • Drive and support Revenue Growth Management initiatives, including pricing, portfolio, assortment and investment prioritization.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical and Innovation teams to improve execution and accelerate decision-making.
  • Support strategic distributor reviews and help strengthen distributor capabilities, governance and commercial execution.
  • Bring external Commercial Excellence best practices into Karo and adapt them to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience in Commercial Excellence, Commercial Strategy, Business Transformation, Marketing, Sales, RGM or General Management, ideally within consumer healthcare, OTC, FMCG or another fast-moving consumer business.
  • Experience working across international, distributor-led or multi-market commercial models.
  • Strong track record of turning strategic analysis into practical execution and leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Solid commercial and financial acumen, including P&L, pricing, profitability, gross-to-net, business cases and investment evaluation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using KPIs, reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve business performance.
  • Comfortable working independently, creating structure in ambiguity and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is an advantage.
  • University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
