About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate brand strategy and media plans into clear, actionable content strategies and asset plans
Lead creative development: define concepts, write briefs and guide execution across channels
Own end-to-end content production, managing timelines, budgets and quality across internal teams and external agencies
Collaborate closely with brand, media, eCommerce and local market teams to drive performance and alignment
Act as a key creative partner for Central European markets, balancing global consistency with local relevance
Drive efficiency and scalability by improving processes and ways of working across content creation and delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in English and German
Proven experience in content, campaign or creative roles in a fast-paced environment (FMCG, healthcare, beauty or similar)
Strong ability to translate strategy into clear, high-impact content outputs
Hands-on experience developing creative concepts, briefs and multi-channel content
Good understanding of paid social, digital and eCommerce content ecosystems
Experience managing production across internal teams and external agencies
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Confident stakeholder management across international and cross-functional teams
