About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support end-to-end M&A transactions, coordinating multiple workstreams across internal teams and external advisors
Lead and manage due diligence processes, synthesizing insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Perform financial modelling, company valuations, and build robust business cases in close collaboration with commercial and operational teams
Contribute to negotiations by reviewing contracts and transitional service agreements to reflect business needs
Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for senior stakeholders and executive decision-making
Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets through market research, scouting, and collaboration with internal and external networks
Support post-merger integration and carve-out activities in partnership with cross-functional teams
Build strong internal relationships and act as a trusted partner on corporate development topics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate M&A
Strong financial modelling skills and experience building business cases
Solid understanding of M&A processes and basic legal frameworks for share and asset transactions
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and affinity for technology
Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong drive to deliver results
Fluency in English
