Supply Chain

• Ensure products are available for customers in time and a cost-effective manner following the Karo Healthcare QMS
• Set proper stock levels, communicate forecast to suppliers, place orders and ensure goods are delivered in time and to the right quality to various warehouses
• Manage Service Levels (product availability at warehouse)
• Manage Inventory (Days on Hand)
• Manage Planning Parameters (Lead Time, MOQ; OTIF, SS)
• Excess management and expiry dates management
• Manage reporting on out-of-stock (OOS) and mitigation plans
• Manage daily operational tasks to ensure targets are met, quality fulfilled, and agreed processes are followed and developed
• Lead and contribute in meetings with suppliers to ensure effective collaboration
• Escalate risks related to supply shortage and work on mitigation plans cross-functionally in a proactive way
• Contribute to drive Planning & Logistic supply chain excellence forward
• Contribute to Supply Chain Development roadmap for Planning and Logistics
• Manage system settings to optimize inventory levels and service level to customers
