About the role
- Act as a trusted finance business partner to regional commercial leaders, translating strategy into financially sound decisions
- Own and drive financial planning processes, including monthly forecasts and annual budgeting
- Actively contribute to S&OP forums, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Deliver in-depth business and performance analysis to support strategic execution and decision-making
- Perform pricing and margin analysis, building robust financial models to support pricing decisions
- Drive profitability optimization for both new product launches and the existing portfolio
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and commercial processes
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or similar
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or other fast-moving international environments
- Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into action
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and product costing
- Advanced Excel skills; strong experience with BI tools and digital finance solutions
- Business-driven mindset with a clear focus on performance improvement
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced, changing, and entrepreneurial environment
- Collaborative, proactive, and confident communicator with a “can-do” attitude
