About the role

  • Act as a trusted finance business partner to regional commercial leaders, translating strategy into financially sound decisions
  • Own and drive financial planning processes, including monthly forecasts and annual budgeting
  • Actively contribute to S&OP forums, providing data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Deliver in-depth business and performance analysis to support strategic execution and decision-making
  • Perform pricing and margin analysis, building robust financial models to support pricing decisions
  • Drive profitability optimization for both new product launches and the existing portfolio
  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and commercial processes

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or similar
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or other fast-moving international environments
  • Fluent in Polish and English, written and spoken
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and product costing
  • Advanced Excel skills; strong experience with BI tools and digital finance solutions
  • Business-driven mindset with a clear focus on performance improvement
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced, changing, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Collaborative, proactive, and confident communicator with a “can-do” attitude
