About the role
- Oversee and manage projects within Contracts Operations
- Enforce quality and customer service standards for external as well as internal customers; analyze and resolving quality and customer service problems; identify trends; and recommend improvements
- Accomplish productivity targets by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching and counseling
- Act as the POC (Point of Contact) to clients, at times, to provide support and liaison to clients for project-specific questions/answers, and to manage project deliverables and timelines
- Review and analyze daily productivity reports and ensure the team is adhering to established KPI’s
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and related experience; experience in lieu of degree
- Dedicated to results. Speaks and writes clearly and directly with the appropriate level of detail to communicate an idea.
- Excellent skills in planning and continual oversight to ensure high quality product/service delivery to our clients.
- Reaches out to colleagues and cooperates with team leads to establish an overall collaborative working environment.
- Works continually to become a leader within Karna.
- Demonstrates the ability to make decisions and clearly communicate the reasoning so that others can make decisions too.
- Able to see and communicate the big picture.
- Determines opportunities and threats through comprehensive analysis of current and future trends.
