About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You develop and implement software solutions ranging from BIM import of building models to path planning for printing
You optimize existing services (printability check, slicer, path planning, etc.)
You integrate your solutions into our service-oriented software architecture
You provide interfaces for other team members
You work closely with project teams to develop improvements to processes and products
You collaborate closely with product owners and other internal departments and coordinate independently with them
You maintain close contact with external development service providers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Software Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of software development
Strong programming skills, preferably in Python
Practical experience with algorithmic solution methods
Experience with modern software development methods and tools
Intrinsic motivation to acquire new skills and a high level of self-initiative
Enjoy working in a dynamic team and possess strong communication skills
Business-fluent German and English
