About the role

  • You develop and implement software solutions ranging from BIM import of a building model to path planning for printing
  • You optimize existing services (Printability Check, slicer, path planning, etc.)
  • You integrate your solutions into our service-oriented software architecture
  • You provide interfaces for other team members
  • You collaborate closely with project teams to develop improvements to processes and products
  • You work closely with product owners and other internal departments and coordinate independently with them
  • You maintain close contact with external development service providers

Requirements

  • Degree in software engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge of software development
  • Strong programming skills, ideally in Python
  • Practical experience with algorithmic solution methods
  • Experience with modern software development methodologies and tools
  • Intrinsic motivation to learn new skills and a high degree of initiative
  • Desire to work in a dynamic team and strong communication skills
  • Business-fluent German and English
