About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver engaging training programs, including new hire onboarding, cross-training, and refresher sessions through classroom and hands-on instruction
Coach and develop associates on the warehouse floor, spending the majority of time supporting real-time learning and performance
Measure training effectiveness using audits, Voice of the Customer (VOC) data, KPIs, and leadership feedback
Maintain and update training materials, work instructions, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
Identify gaps between current processes and procedures and drive improvements through training and standardization
Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED required
0–3 years of experience in training, logistics, manufacturing, or related environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and engage diverse teams
High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP transactions and systems
Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
Nice to Have: Associate degree or higher
Experience in Lean/continuous improvement environments
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities
