About the role
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer evaluations.
- Present and differentiate KARL STORZ products, features, and benefits.
- Build strong, compliant relationships with key stakeholders (nurses, physicians, administrators, etc.).
- Provide sales quotes, service agreements, and promotional support.
- Train and educate customers on product care and handling.
- Manage and track demonstration products and provide timely updates to customers.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree or work experience.
- Follows hospital protocol and KARL STORZ standards of professional conduct when working with customers, management, and fellow employees.
- Utilize customer protocols when entering and exiting facilities and abide by all KARL STORZ protocols and procedures.
- Must be able to meet and maintain all credentialing requirements established by hospitals and healthcare facilities where services will be provided.
- Ability to travel to customer sites 90% of the time that include but are not limited to: hospitals, operating rooms, laboratories, and surgery centers.
- Responsible for maintaining up to date hospital credentialing portfolio.
