- Financial Planning
- Lead annual operating and capital budgeting processes
- Own forecasting cycles and deliver detailed variance analysis
- Build financial models to support scenario planning and capital investments
- Cost Accounting
- Analyze manufacturing performance, COGS trends, overhead absorption, and inventory impacts
- Operational Analytics & Insights
- Develop and track KPIs across cost, efficiency, throughput, and quality
- Maintain dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) that translate data into actionable insights
- Identify operational risks and opportunities with clear financial impact
- Strategic Business Partnership
- Act as the primary finance advisor to operations and supply chain leaders
- Develop ROI, payback, and NPV models for equipment and process investments
- Present concise, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Continuous Improvement
- Enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
- Streamline financial processes and improve governance across operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of FP&A or operations finance experience (manufacturing strongly preferred)
- Strong cost accounting expertise (standard costing, inventory, variance decomposition)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- ERP experience (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to simplify complex financial data and influence cross-functional teams
- Not required but helpful: MBA, capital investment modeling experience, and strong data storytelling skills.
