About the role

  • Define and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with company goals and market demands within the SEAT region.
  • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from launch to phase-out, ensuring timely updates and enhancements.
  • Work closely with sales, clinical, regulatory, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure product success and market fit.
  • Lead the planning and execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Develop training materials and support the sales force and clinical teams with product knowledge and positioning.
  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors, and end-users to gather insights and build strong relationships.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Manage product marketing budgets effectively and optimize resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred for Senior roles.
  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in product management or marketing, preferably in medical devices or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the medical device market, clinical environments, and regulatory requirements, particularly in SEAT or similar regions.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective product strategies that drive growth and market share.
  • Competent in market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, KOLs, and senior management.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach with experiences working across diverse culture.
  • Self Starter, Self Motivator and Achiever.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical information.
  • Knowledge of industry compliance standards and ethical marketing practices.
  • Up to 50% travel within the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region.
