About the role

  • Support the execution of key strategic projects such as SAP rollouts to our sales subsidiaries and regional repair centers, and support process harmonization in the areas of sales and repair.
  • Independently responsible for the design, testing, and training of selected processes in an international environment.
  • As an SAP expert, advise our management team and actively develop solution concepts for diverse requirements.
  • Contribute to identifying comprehensive solutions and preventing silo optimization.
  • Support new user groups through training and test strategies—covering both IT and process-related topics.
  • Contribute to the optimization of implementation and rollout concepts.
  • Participate in overall strategy, standardization, and the analysis and design of applications and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience.
  • You are experienced in configuring SAP S/4HANA systems, ideally with programming experience in the S/4 environment.
  • Experience in implementing or migrating to a Fiori environment would be an advantage.
  • Ideally, your previous work has focused on areas such as sales, service, repair, logistics, or materials management.
  • You have a holistic understanding of business processes and the ability to quickly understand and analyze them.
  • You have knowledge of end-to-end processes in sales, service, and logistics.
  • Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN 2.0) is a plus.
  • You have project experience in SAP rollout projects and comparable projects introducing new processes, ideally in a sales and/or service environment.
  • In these projects, you were involved in solution development, implementation, training, data migration, and testing.
  • You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, and are willing to travel to our global locations.
