About the role

  • Monthly and annual closing activities: You prepare, further develop and analyze the financial statements for the KS Group parent company as well as for subsidiaries in Tallinn and Switzerland.
  • Optimize reporting: You drive the development of internal reporting and ensure transparent, meaningful reports.
  • Forecast and budget planning: You prepare forecasts and budget plans and support their implementation.
  • Financial project work: You actively participate in projects or take the lead on your own projects within the KS Group finance area.
  • Develop cost accounting: You design cost accounting to steer the companies and contribute to the global Cost Accounting Guideline.
  • Point of contact for CO questions: You act as a competent contact for CO-specific (Controlling) inquiries within the KS Group.
  • Improve controlling processes: Continuously enhancing existing controlling processes is part of your responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance or a comparable qualification
  • 3 years of professional experience in controlling within a manufacturing company
  • Strong user skills in SAP
  • Reliability and a solution-oriented approach
  • Affinity for numbers and an understanding of business relationships and processes
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
