About the role
- Be Karizoda’s operational and relationship interface, ensuring excellence in customer service (CS) and smooth execution of strategic and operational plans.
- Attend meetings with the CEO (internal/client) and independently lead meetings, capturing and documenting information, decisions, and action plans.
- Break down agreed actions into clear, organized tasks with deadlines in the project management platform (e-Kyte).
- Follow up on team deliverables and report status to the client.
- Serve as the focal point for daily operational communication with clients (WhatsApp, email).
- Implement a customer success program, structuring the customer lifecycle (Onboarding, Ongoing, Offboarding).
- Implement KPIs: run NPS and CSAT surveys and calculate customers’ health scores.
- Prepare performance progress reports (KPIs/OKRs) and executive presentations (Canva), using data collection and manipulation.
- Assist in documenting strategies using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to generate insights and accelerate production.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, filter and prioritize communications, and act as the interface between the CEO, clients, and the team.
- Manage risks and potential churn within the client portfolio, acting as the bridge between the client and the team.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferably experience in marketing agencies, consulting, or growth-focused roles.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Notion, Monday, Trello, e-Kyte, or similar).
- Skill in creating executive presentations using Canva.
- Practical knowledge and use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions.
- Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and with focus.
- Comfortable interacting with CEOs and senior leadership.
- Fluency in English, due to Karizoda’s presence in the United States market.
- Familiarity with Growth Hacking, Sales, and Marketing concepts is a plus.
