Work-Student – Engineering, Intralogistics, AutoStore
KardexWorking Student Project Engineer supporting AutoStore projects through technical planning and execution. Collaborating with various stakeholders and assisting in engineering tasks at Kardex.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting in creating drawings
- Supporting in the creation of offer documents in the sales phase and specifications in the realization phase
- Supporting the integration and detail engineering of special equipment and trades
- Assisting in inquiries, obtaining and comparing offers (in-house and external trades)
- Supporting the verification of functionalities in drawings and concepts
- Assisting in CE-related tasks such as safety concepts and risk assessments
- Supporting communication and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Assisting in evaluating opportunities and risks and contributing to solution proposals
- Supporting optimization of processes, templates and overall project approach
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ongoing technical studies in mechanical engineering or a similar field
- Excellent German and English skills
- Analytical thinking and basic drawing skills (CAD)
- First practical experience (e.g. internships) in engineering, project environment or intralogistics is a plus
- Basic understanding of engineering, automation and interest in logistics and IT processes
