About the role
- Identifying new clients and developing business opportunities within the Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Selling automated storage systems under the Kardex brand
- Leading sales meetings and building long-term customer relationships
- Collaborating with Kardex experts on solution design
- Participating in trade fairs and conferences
- Working with established sales processes and a CRM system – but with a high degree of independence
Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales (ideally with technical products or capital goods)
- Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of customers
- Self-motivation, responsibility, and strong organizational skills
- Active driving license (category B) and willingness to travel across the Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Fluency in both Turkish and English – daily communication takes place in both languages
