About the role
- Find new business opportunities
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Run the entire sales process from needs analysis to negotiation and closing
- Work closely with internal specialists in technology, product, and project management
- Manage and grow own accounts
- Create solutions and quotations together with internal team
- Represent Kardex at customer meetings, events, and trade fairs
Requirements
- B2B field sales experience
- Technical understanding in larger deals and longer sales cycles
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce or similar)
- Ability to listen, analyze and challenge customer needs constructively
- Norwegian fluency (spoken & written)
- Fluent in English
- Driving licence (B)
