About the role

  • Development of customer-specific solutions for connecting dynamic storage handling equipment with external software systems, conveyor and robotics technology, handling devices and similar systems
  • Independently manage projects from specification and interface clarification/configuration through to commissioning at the customer's site via remote support
  • Advise and support our sales organization
  • Contribute to the further development of our software solutions Kardex Drive Connector and JMIF as part of the development team

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a comparable qualification
  • Strong interest in software that interacts with devices, machines and interfaces
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Good knowledge of object-oriented programming such as C#, C++ or Java
  • Preferably some relevant professional experience, ideally in intralogistics
  • Knowledge of SAP modules WM, MM or EWM is a plus
