About the role
- Planning and execution of data-driven campaigns
- Ensuring a solid lead pipeline for sales
- Content marketing with a focus on storytelling (e.g., videos, animations, white papers, social media posts, customer stories)
- Localization of global marketing campaigns (via HubSpot)
- Planning and running webinars (via GoToWebinar) and events marketing
- Developing the marketing plan for Germany in close coordination with local sales and service teams
- Planning the marketing mix (65% digital: Google & YouTube Ads, LinkedIn organic & paid, 3rd party ads, email and 35% offline: telemarketing, events and customer relations)
- Data-driven reporting based on marketing and CRM tools HubSpot and Salesforce
- Managing external agencies (e.g., Google Ads, telemarketing)
- Responsibility for the local marketing budget
- Partnership with local digital media (industry- and trade-specific outlets)
- Lead qualification and lead management (via HubSpot and Salesforce) in collaboration with sales
- Monitoring and reporting of campaign KPIs
Requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism & Communication Studies, or equivalent
- Extensive professional experience across marketing, communications, and branding with experience in content & storytelling, customer journey & lead management, business intelligence, analytics, and reporting
- Strong user-level knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office required
- Excellent communication skills and persuasive presentation and project management abilities
- High self-motivation and self-organization combined with a goal- and results-oriented approach
- Curious, team-oriented, and empathetic
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics / intralogistics is an advantage
