• Write clean, scalable services, frontend components, APIs, and backend code using modern languages and frameworks (GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, TypeScript).
• Harness AI to develop code quickly, prototype changes, and work across the entire tech stack to implement features that users interact with every day.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to build robust and easy-to-use products and customer-facing workflow tools.
• Help monitor our 24/7 interviewing machine and keep Karat's services available.
• Maintain the high technical quality bar Karat sets; develop effective processes to ensure our products have high-quality code and minimal defects.
• Remain flexible enough to handle the unknowns that come with fast company growth.
