Perform analysis and advanced support/troubleshooting for reported issues on business systems applications.
Write SQL scripts to fix complicated data issues in production systems.
Write and modify SQL stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions.
Write data extract scripts.
Perform performance tuning of long running SQL code, reports, or scripts.
Identify and document application defects and enhancements.
Test and validate resolutions of defects/enhancements and document test results.
Execute Business Requirement Documents(BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents(FRDs) to implement new projects within the business systems applications.
Participate in testing of new software releases, system maintenance, and upgrades.
Support business user acceptance testing.
Work with business stakeholders and understand their needs to translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
Prepare code deployments through standardized change management processes.
