About the role
- Experience selling Financial Services to small-large sized businesses
- Assist and manage negotiation, presentation, and business development for your clients
- Work in conjunction with a team of SDR2’s to help manage their sales pipeline
- Responsible for hitting key target metrics including call and text volume, submissions and approvals and conversion %’s
- Develop relationships with customers and generate new business through proactive targeted outbound calling
- Consistently follow up on leads and accounts and maintain the team’s active pipeline daily
- Research, analyze and provide background information on potential clients
- Work in a team atmosphere by communicating with sales department and merchants in both written and verbal form
- Track and manage upwards of 50 prospects at different stages of the sales cycle
Requirements
- Diploma required; college degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT, Fin-Tech, SaaS, and/or consultative sales
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability and desire to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Experience achieving metric and quality performance
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- Experience with administrative tasks
- High level of professionalism
