About the role

  • Classify and document incoming requests and incidents using our ticketing system
  • Analyze and resolve complex IT issues across local and cloud infrastructures from multiple vendors
  • Manage and maintain a hybrid infrastructure (Active Directory and Entra ID)
  • Provide general user support and assistance with IT questions and problems at various sites
  • Work with common solutions from different vendors for virtualization, backup, networking, and client and server operating systems
  • Create IT documentation
  • Set up and install IT equipment such as PCs, notebooks and smartphones

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration, or further IT-related training with relevant experience in an IT service desk or technical support
  • Experience with M365 services and client operating systems Windows 10/11 as well as server operating systems (from Windows Server 2019)
  • Knowledge of and practical experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken; basic knowledge of Polish is desirable
  • Willingness to travel to provide on-site support at our satellite locations in Coswig, Döbeln, Leisnig and Heinsdorfergrund
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B)
