Systems Engineer

• Classification and documentation of incoming requests and incidents using our ticketing system
• Analysis and resolution of complex IT issues depending on local and cloud infrastructures involving multiple vendors
• Management and maintenance of a hybrid infrastructure (Active Directory and Entra ID)
• General user support and assistance with IT questions and problems at various locations
• Working with common solutions from different vendors for virtualization, backup, networking, as well as client and server operating systems
• Creation of IT documentation
• Setup and installation of IT equipment such as PCs, notebooks and smartphones

• You identify growth opportunities by leveraging existing knowledge, proactive market analyses, available resources, modern tools, and training
• You co-develop the sales strategy and ensure its implementation, as well as manage results and budget planning for your sales territory
• In pursuing new opportunities, you meet customer needs cross-functionally together with colleagues from R&D and Production
• You build long-term partnerships and develop new and existing key accounts at various levels through excellent service and strong interpersonal skills
• You work in a goal-oriented and self-organized way in a fast-paced environment and are part of an international, diverse team with shared objectives
