About the role

  • You build long-term sales partnerships and further develop new and existing key accounts through excellent service and your sales expertise
  • You work in the field, present solutions on-site and strengthen customer relationships within your sales territory (DACH & Benelux)
  • Through market analyses, the use of modern tools and continuous training, you proactively identify growth opportunities and trends
  • You work closely with R&D, production and inside sales to optimally meet customer needs
  • You actively help shape the sales strategy and take responsibility for results and budget planning
  • You work purposefully and self-organized in a dynamic environment as part of an international team

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and several years of experience in the pool business or comparable industries
  • Proven success in developing and leveraging multiple sales channels (including digital) and in working with distributors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English; additional languages such as French, Dutch or Flemish are an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, technical understanding and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work as a self-organized team player in a results-oriented environment
  • High willingness to travel for field appointments and customer visits
