About the role

  • You identify growth opportunities by leveraging existing knowledge, proactive market analyses, available resources, modern tools, and training
  • You co-develop the sales strategy and ensure its implementation, as well as manage results and budget planning for your sales territory
  • In pursuing new opportunities, you meet customer needs cross-functionally together with colleagues from R&D and Production
  • You build long-term partnerships and develop new and existing key accounts at various levels through excellent service and strong interpersonal skills
  • You work in a goal-oriented and self-organized way in a fast-paced environment and are part of an international, diverse team with shared objectives

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and several years of experience in the pool/liner (foil) business, water treatment, or related industries
  • Several years' experience activating various sales channels (direct / indirect / digital)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German, French, and Flemish; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, technical competence, and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work as a self-organized team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment
