About the role

  • Classification and documentation of incoming requests and incidents using our ticketing system
  • Analysis and resolution of complex IT issues across local and cloud infrastructures involving multiple vendors
  • Management and maintenance of a hybrid infrastructure (Active Directory and Entra ID)
  • General user support and assistance with IT questions and problems at various locations
  • Working with common solutions from different vendors for virtualization, backup, networking, and client/server operating systems
  • Creation of IT documentation
  • Setup and installation of IT equipment, such as PCs, notebooks and smartphones

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration) or further IT training with relevant experience in an IT service desk or technical support
  • Experience with M365 services and client operating systems Windows 10/11 as well as server operating systems (from Windows Server 2019)
  • Knowledge and practical experience with Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation
  • Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Basic knowledge of Polish desirable
  • Willingness to travel to provide on-site support at our external locations in Coswig, Döbeln, Leisnig and Heinsdorfergrund
  • Driving license class B
