Design and develop high-quality instructional content and eLearning curriculum tailored to evolving product features.
Create and maintain eLearning content and structure using authoring tools and Kantata’s LMS.
Validate content with key stakeholders and develop new materials to support Kantata’s student base.
Deliver custom product training to clients and employees via virtual, on-site, classroom, and webinar formats.
Engage with clients to understand desired education outcomes, develop relevant agendas, and deliver training that supports Kantata implementation and drives product adoption.
Assist in the design, development, configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Kantata’s LMS.
Lead and participate in initiatives related to training methodology, standards, systems, and best practices.
Represent Training in cross-functional internal projects, influencing outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
6+ years in software training, with proven curriculum development and live training delivery (virtual, on-site, classroom, webinars).
Deep understanding of the professional services domain and PSA implementation; knowledge of Kantata OX or SX highly preferred.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and strong computer aptitude.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to identify learning needs and deliver tailored training solutions.
Experience managing large projects/processes and mentoring others.
