About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and integrate new features to enhance functionality in our products and models for internal and external users
  • Champion best practices in software development within the team
  • Write comprehensive tests and documentation to ensure reliability
  • Create and maintain efficient pipelines and infrastructure for seamless deployment
  • Deploy models into production, ensuring their stability and performance
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to achieve cohesive organisational goals
  • Share insights and innovative solutions within the AI/ML domain through cross-team collaboration
  • Research new methodologies, techniques, and algorithms to keep our products as the best in class in the market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as R and Python
  • Strong knowledge of Statistical and Machine Learning models
  • Familiarity with their applications to marketing, market research, or media measurement would be valuable
  • Experience with manipulation and maintenance of databases (e.g. SQL)
  • Ability to work effectively in global setups with diverse cross-geography teams and cultures
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with meticulousness
  • Energetic, self-driven, curious, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in developing and maintaining live products is desirable but not required
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, knowledge of Git, and containerisation tools (e.g. Docker) are a plus.
