About the role
- You are responsible for the sustainable and profitable growth as well as the management and leadership of the Analytics function at Kantar Germany.
- You hold overall responsibility for the growth of our Analytics practice in Germany and play a leading role in actively developing new business areas.
- You independently manage our clients and drive the strategic development of client relationships within Analytics.
- You have overall responsibility for the conceptual development of the Analytics offering portfolio in Germany.
- You are responsible for personnel development and leadership, including both technical and disciplinary management, as well as supporting, developing and motivating employees in your area.
- You work closely with Client Service teams across all domains to provide our clients with optimal analytics solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent university degree in a relevant field
- Strong expertise and proven experience in the commercialization and implementation of Marketing Mix Modeling and Marketing Analytics/ROI
- Extensive hands-on experience in client acquisition, concept development and project delivery (national and international)
- Comprehensive leadership and management experience, including in change processes
- Track record of executing corporate strategies in line with objectives and budgets
- Strong business development orientation
- Proactive mindset and a keen interest in Kantar’s offerings
- Well-developed networking skills with a visible presence on social media, at industry events and conferences
- Strong presentation and communication skills in German and English
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams as an engaging leader
- Confidence and composure in a dynamic environment
