Customer Success Manager

• Support the entire customer lifecycle for Kivue's Perform SaaS portfolio management solution
• Play a key role during implementation: capture requirements and lead system configuration
• Lead face-to-face and video training sessions for customers
• Optimise customers' use of Perform by understanding their operating model and challenges
• Own product configuration on customer instances to fit requirements
• Build understanding of PMO functions and assist with core PMO activities for clients
• Manage customer issues from initial report through analysis to resolution
• Develop materials and methods to improve Customer Value team services
• Identify and own service improvement initiatives and coordinate implementation
• Work with product and development teams to represent customer requirements and prepare customer-related training materials
