About the role
- Support the entire customer lifecycle for Kivue's Perform SaaS portfolio management solution
- Play a key role during implementation: capture requirements and lead system configuration
- Lead face-to-face and video training sessions for customers
- Optimise customers' use of Perform by understanding their operating model and challenges
- Own product configuration on customer instances to fit requirements
- Build understanding of PMO functions and assist with core PMO activities for clients
- Manage customer issues from initial report through analysis to resolution
- Develop materials and methods to improve Customer Value team services
- Identify and own service improvement initiatives and coordinate implementation
- Work with product and development teams to represent customer requirements and prepare customer-related training materials
