About the role

  • Define and drive the roadmap for all digital channels, lifecycle, demand programs, growth experiments, and website strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, RevOps and Marketing to ensure alignment on outcomes and performance measurement
  • Support commercial acquisition and growth strategies via ABM/ABN programs, paid media, and CRO
  • Foster a culture of experimentation: generate hypotheses, run tests, and scale what works
  • Work with a range of experts to define activation, engagement and expansion strategies
  • Ensure messaging, journey design, and in-product communications are integrated and segmented for success
  • Own the marketing technology strategy and roadmap, including automation, analytics, and integrations
  • Manage vendors, contractors, and external dev resources to deliver website and stack execution effectively
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing strategic guidance and operational support.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or SaaS marketing leadership roles
  • Experience scaling digital acquisition and lifecycle programs at large scale (B2B or PLG)
  • Proven experience with ABM/ABN campaigns, growth experiments, CRO, and lifecycle engagement
  • Experience managing marketing technology stacks, CMS, automation, analytics, or orchestrating technical teams
  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate data into actionable growth initiatives
  • Strong team leadership, mentorship, and ability to coordinate contractors or agencies
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high-impact responsibility.
