About the role

  • Co-responsible for leading and motivating the Front Office team
  • Support your team in day-to-day operations
  • Complaint management
  • Responsible for staff scheduling and vacation planning, as well as MOD (Manager on Duty) shifts

Requirements

  • You are a host at heart and dedicated to fulfilling guests' wishes
  • Completed vocational training in hospitality and/or professional experience in a similar role
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent and reliable working style
  • Represent the hotel with a professional, positive appearance
  • An open and warm personality
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Ideally, knowledge of OPERA Cloud hotel software
