About the role
- Co-responsible for leading and motivating the Front Office team
- Support your team in day-to-day operations
- Complaint management
- Responsible for staff scheduling and vacation planning, as well as MOD (Manager on Duty) shifts
- Deputise for and support the Front Office Manager
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes
- Conduct trainings and onboarding for new employees
Requirements
- You are a host at heart and dedicated to fulfilling guests' wishes
- Completed vocational training in hospitality and/or professional experience in a similar role
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills
- Independent and reliable working style
- Represent the hotel with a professional, positive appearance
- An open and warm personality
- Excellent German and English skills
- Ideally, knowledge of OPERA Cloud hotel software
